I use my Self Care Planner to remember to take care of myself, because as someone with chronic physical and mental health issues, sometimes it’s hard to do even those simple tasks. Having to physically check off tasks like taking meds, drinking enough water, take a shower helps to hold myself accountable.
The vision board and goal setting sections have been instrumental in my self growth journey. I love how the goals section expands on certain aspects of life and challenges you to go in depth and plan your goals.
